OUR WORK ETHICS
On a daily basis, our staff at Assurance Healthcare Services LLC LLC will strive to:
- Provide a home-like atmosphere in a setting that is the least restrictive of the individual’s rights, yet allows the individual to function safely and effectively.
- Provide adequate and appropriate services and treatment with reasonable accommodation of individual needs and preferences consistent with their health, physical and mental capabilities and the health or safety of other residents.
- Provide access to appropriate health and social services, including; social work, rehabilitative, medical, dental, dietary, counseling, and psychiatric services in order to maintain the resident’s highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
- Offer 24 hour supervision, assistance with activities of daily living as needed. We provide or coordinate recreational and social activities as well as healthcare services in a way that promotes optimum dignity and independence for the residents.
